• Welcome to OnCampus. These Terms of Service govern your use of our educational SaaS platform, including all related websites, applications, and services provided by OnCampus.
• By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to bind your institution to these terms.
• Institutions are responsible for ensuring that any minors using the platform do so with proper permissions.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

User Roles and Access

• OnCampus supports role-based access for administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Access to features depends on your assigned role.
• Institutions are responsible for assigning and managing user roles within their accounts.

Custom Domains

• Institutions may connect their own domains to their OnCampus site. We provide guidance for configuration.
• Domain registration services may be offered in the future, but are not included in the MVP.

Payments and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay will result in suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these terms, or unlawful activity.
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• OnCampus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
