Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

  • This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased from OnCampus.
  • By subscribing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

General Refund Policy

  • OnCampus subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods.

Exceptions

  • We may offer a refund if:
  • 1. You were charged in error.
  • 2. Our platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault.
  • 3. Required by applicable law.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact support@oncampus.com within 14 days of the charge.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
